Nibal Melchior

Nibal Melchior is a character in the Open Skies campaign. Nibal is a bastard left to grow up on the streets of Sand District since she was eight. She is Cyra Melchior's half-sister. As one of the Invisibles, the Golden Oracle represents her with a unique tarot card: The Thief.

Nibal does not follow any god in particular.

 Additionally, after firing, +4 to hide (total of -16). If successful, may make a free move action next round to adjust position between sniping.
 Whenever a shot misses, subsequent shots are at AR+4.
 While invisible or in hiding, add additional +2 AR, and enemies lose DEX bonus to AC.

 Psychic Strike: can spend a mind blade charge to add 5d8 damage. Charging a mind blade is a move action.
 Psionic Shot: can spend a psionic focus to add 4d6 damage.
 Phase Arrow: as a standard action fire a phase arrow through walls etc.
