Cyra Kaveh Melchior was a player character in the Open Skies campaign, played by Michael Engard. As one of the Invisibles, the Golden Oracle represents her with a unique Tarot card: The Vigilante.

Descripton
There are not many who have seen more sides of Cimmeria than Cyra. The daughter of two absent extraplanar travelers has not only lived in most of the continent's metropolei, but been left to reckon with both the light and dark sides of their societies on her own. Cyra holds deep compassion and unconditional loyalty to an extremely short list of people, outside of whom her altruistic inclinations are limited at best. Above all, she values her freedom, and power, in her world, is nothing more than a path to freedom. You do not call her Kaveh.
Physical Appearance
With gray eyes and blond hair tied back behind her head, she dons a chain shirt over the standard field uniform of the Imperial army. She is wearing a wooden pendant around her neck with the symbol of Nikita, and a dagger hilt is sticking out of her boot, but she is otherwise unarmed and undecorated. She's toting a weather-worn backpack and belt pouch, along with a slightly-less-decrepit map case.
History
Nine years ago, Cyra was a member of the rag-tag Rabigh Militia. As one of the scarce survivors following Rabigh's crushing defeat by Eladi's newborn army, she made the only rational choice: to switch sides. She has served honorably as an officer in the Imperial Army ever since. Winning the praise of such figures as General Dvalinn Ironspear, she earned the command of a small specialist unit, conducting investigation, covert reconnaissance and urban strikes. When the Golden Tower tried to disband her unit after the final conquest of Cimmeria, Cyra fought a long and bitter political battle to keep it intact.
