History

B&B was one of the four founding news Networks following the stabilization of communism and the Bureau on the continent in approximately 1820, along with Ghost Porter, Ltd, Infinico, and YOYO. It began as an alliance between ex-Bureau Administrator candidate Charles Barry and TV entrepreneur Jeremiah Basch. It is currently led by Greg Barry, 57, and Kumiko Sharon-Basch, 43.

Fresh Start

B&B, wielding power delegated by the Bureau, led three of the founding Networks (itself included) along with newcomer Forge against Ghost Porter, Ltd, following the 100 Stories scandal and subsequent War. Testing of pseudo-atomic weapons necessitated the evacuation of a portion of the population from an isolated area within B&B. The remains of the test ground are still quartered off from public access and are being redeveloped, billed as a "Fresh Start" for what was once a downtrodden area of the Network.
